About Chef Andrea

Welcome to my culinary fund foodie world! I’m Chef Andrea, a passionate and dedicated culinary artist with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. My journey with food began at a young age, inspired by the original TV cooking show from the 1970's - Julia Child. From the bustling markets of Europe to the vibrant dining scenes in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, my career has been a delightful adventure of taste and creativity.

My Culinary Philosophy

Cooking, to me, is an art form that bridges the gap between tradition and life. I believe in honoring the authenticity of classic recipes. My goal is to show dishes that not only satisfy the palate but also tell a story, evoking emotions and memories with every bite.

Professional Journey

I began my formal training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for all the French culinary techniques. Upon graduation, I worked at The Phoenician in Scottsdale and eventually moved to Food and Beverage Director in Paradise Valley, Arizona; Birmingham, Michigan; Los Angeles, California; and finally in Jackson Hole, Wyoming  - all the while learning the intricacies of fine dining and perfecting my craft.

Culinary Education and Outreach

In addition to my work in the kitchen, I am passionate about culinary education and community outreach. Check out my TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest social media accounts for some home prepared meals that are easy for the culinary lover to reproduce in their own kitchen.

The Best Part of Life These Days

Now that I'm not in the kitchen, I decided to combine my love of food with another old profession when I was kid - retail. While I'm at all of the above, I absolutely love spending time with my family, three adult girls of my own who have given me my greatest gift -  four beautiful grand children - three girls and I finally got a boy in May 2023!
