This Pearl and Onion Garniture Recipe can be used for multiple plate ups. I have it here for my Chicken Fricasee recipe, but use it for grilled steak or chicken breasts. Use it to top stuffed pork chops or beef bourguignon. The possibilities are endless and will add extra value to any dish where you want to "up the ante."

- 1 bag of frozen pearl onions
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- water as needed
- splash of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
